Ticket Purchasing Information

For five days (Wed to Sun) nine declared international men’s Olympic teams and the top four Canadian men’s Olympic qualifiers will compete in a round-robin tournament with playoffs at the Air Canada Centre, just two months before the Canadian Olympic Curling Trials and just four months prior to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.

In addition, the top four Canadian women’s Olympic Qualifiers and four “Legends of Curling” teams will compete in a round robin tournament.

This event is a partnership between The Toronto Curling Association and it’s Toronto area clubs, Insight Sports Ltd and CBC Sports.

Ticket packages after January 23, 2008 will be $250.

From October 19, 2007 to January 12, 2008 TCA club members, families and friends can purchase tickets at a special discounted price of $150.

That’s 15 draws over 5 days plus the Legends of Curling for $150.

A down payment of $75 is required to hold your tickets, with the remainder due Oct 1, 2008. All people purchasing tickets through the club will be sitting in The East York Curling Club section at The Air Canada Centre. As an added bonus $25 (less Ticketmaster fee) will be given to our club.

  1. To Reserve tickets see Carolyn in the office.

• EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

1. Get a Toronto 2009 envelope available at the bar.
2. Print your Name, Address, Phone Number and the Number of tickets being purchased on the envelope.
3. Put your down-payment ($75.00/ticket) in the envelope, seal it and return the envelope to the bartender. Payment must be by cash or cheque payable to the East York Curling Club.
